I started working at Tribedo in the winter of 2025 in Financing Back‑Office Services. I’m especially grateful for the flexibility offered by both the work and our supervisors, as well as the opportunity to work remotely. This allows me to plan my daily life more freely and combine work with my studies. My colleagues and team also play a major role in how much I enjoy my work. We have a relaxed team atmosphere, and support is always available from anyone, whenever needed.
In addition, I’ve had opportunities to take responsibility and develop myself — for example as a responsible trainer and through tasks involving corporate customers.
Curiosity and the courage to jump into different kinds of tasks have opened doors at Tribedo that I couldn’t have imagined back in 2015 when returning to working life from parental leave.
I began my career under OP Pohjola in 2004, and I have worked at Tribedo since 2015. I originally joined the payments team handling customer outreach, but over the years my path has taken me through many roles — from Service Supervisor to Project Manager, Workforce Planner and Administrative Manager. Altogether, I have held leadership roles for four years across different functions.
Since August 2025, I have worked as a Financial Administration Specialist. My work includes handling accounts payable and receivable, processing, consolidating and analysing various finance‑related data, and solving different types of financial issues. As a counterbalance to data work, my days also include reviewing matters related to orders, invoicing and process development together with colleagues, as well as collaborating with OP Pohjola partners.

I have been working at OP Life Assurance Company through Bravedo/Tribedo since spring 2023. I’ve enjoyed my time here immensely, as OP Pohjola truly operates in a customer‑centric way: I get to do impactful design work and support business development through service design. I’ve been involved, for example, in developing the digital purchase path for Investment Insurance. My work is highly network‑driven, and I feel that I can genuinely support both the business and marketing through customer insight.
As an agency employee, I work under a fixed‑term contract, which gives me flexibility. Everything with Tribedo has been smooth. I work as a design consultant, which also gives me the freedom to further develop the CORE design agency within the Sevendos Group.
In my role, I am responsible for developing and maintaining reporting, analysing data, and contributing to application development. The work is carried out independently but in close collaboration with various teams to ensure that reporting effectively supports daily production monitoring, performance evaluation, and continuous operational development.
The work contributes both to the development of my own expertise and to the improvement of Tribedo’s ways of working. An open, collaborative work atmosphere and fantastic colleagues provide a strong foundation for productive and smooth work.

At Tribedo, I’ve been able to make full use of my strengths in leadership, strategic thinking and supporting people in my role as a supervisor. The financial sector offered a natural continuation to my previous experience, and I enjoy the dynamic everyday work where we develop operations and respond to changing situations.
In my leadership roles, I’ve grown with intention and clarity: refining my own leadership style and learning to lead both people and performance with a coaching approach. At Tribedo, initiative and intrinsic motivation are truly recognised — I’ve been able to develop my expertise in themes that genuinely inspire me and bring that learning directly into the company’s development.
