I started in Tribedo’s Daily Services team in the spring of 2023. I’ve had the opportunity to develop my expertise in a wide range of tasks, including projects and financing tasks. Tribedo has provided great opportunities to gain valuable work experience, enhance my expertise, and it serves as an excellent springboard for building my career path.

Currently, I’ve been in my new role as an AFC Officer for a couple of months. I applied for the position because I was looking for new challenges and wanted to deepen my expertise in a field that genuinely interests me. The job has met—and even exceeded—my expectations, and I enjoy it immensely. The best part of the work is its versatility and the continuous opportunity for self-development. It’s important to be able to adapt quickly to changing situations. The work feels meaningful, which is something I find both important and motivating.

The possibility to work remotely makes managing a busy everyday life easier. In addition, combining work and studies has always gone smoothly, and there is a flexible attitude toward changes here.

At the core of my work are reporting, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. While much of my work is independent, I still collaborate closely with business units—after all, finance is primarily a support function whose role is to enable business success.

I enjoy my job because it offers just the right amount of challenge and the opportunity to develop both my own expertise and the company’s operations. The company is growing rapidly and striving forward. We have a pleasant and open atmosphere, made possible by amazing colleagues.

Meaningful work tasks and wonderful colleagues make everyday work rewarding.

I started at Tribedo in the summer of 2024 in Daily Service. I worked in customer service, where I resolved issues that concerned our clients. I gained a lot of experience in communication skills, problem-solving, and working under pressure.

In the spring of 2025, I transitioned to a new role in Back Office Services, where I now work with estate inventory reviews. My tasks require a high level of precision and independent working, but they are also diverse and varied. I especially enjoy being able to investigate broad entities and continuously learn new things.

Through Tribedo, I’ve gained extensive experience in various roles within the financial sector. In the future, I want to continue working in finance, and Tribedo has provided an excellent foundation for that.

I work as a Service Area Manager in Back Office Services. aMy role involves identifying growth opportunities, expanding existing services, managing OP partnership collaboration, overseeing financial performance, and developing both team leaders and the service area as a whole.

The best part of my job is definitely the opportunity to develop the service area, take financial responsibility, and work alongside top professionals.

I’ve been working at Tribedo as a Team Lead since January 2024. In my role, I’m responsible for the daily operations and development of my team, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to grow, shine in their own way, and find meaning in their work.

As a Team Lead, I see my most important task as creating the conditions for my team to succeed. I want to make sure everyone has a clear direction, sufficient support, and—most importantly—a safe space to grow and develop. I believe the best results come when people can be themselves at work and feel that their work is meaningful.

Flexibility is highly valued here, and it shows in both our ways of working and our people-first approach. Trust, freedom, and responsibility go hand in hand, making the work truly meaningful. This role has taught me a lot about connecting with people, communication, and how different strengths are needed to build a successful team.
