Salla, Digitization Specialist
I have worked in Archive Digitization Services at Tribedo for nearly two years. I started as a project employee, but I have since worked as a substitute Team Lead and now as a specialist. I have found it motivating to be able to take on new types of responsibilities and have the opportunity to learn and use my skills in different ways.
I currently work with different background tasks related to the service. For me, learning more about our background systems and participating in the development of various processes have been particularly interesting.
The team at Archive Digitization Services consists of friendly and humorous people, and I am happy to work with them. I also feel that it is easy to balance my work and personal life. Work is a big part of our day-to-day, but for me, it is important that it does not control my life.
Working at Tribedo has offered me freedom and opportunities I would never have expected from my work a few years ago. I started working for Tribedo in Tampere in August 2025 in OP Pohjola’s Customer Service for personal customers when I returned to Finland after living abroad for 10 years. I felt nervous about returning to work after the long break, but Tribedo’s open and encouraging atmosphere created great opportunities for developing quickly and exceeding my own potential. The flexibility of the work has been particularly important to me, as thanks to it, I can plan my day-to-day smoothly with my family life and study plans.
At Tribedo, opportunities for development are genuinely present, and personal initiative opens doors to different positions. In my work, I have been able to use my strengths and participate in projects across organisational boundaries, such as work with Tribedo’s partner OP Pohjola. I am also participating in the Tribevire operations – Tribedo’s personnel-driven occupational wellbeing programme – which has provided me with the opportunity to fulfil my interest and passion in occupational wellbeing as part of my work. I enjoy work at Tribedo especially because of the open atmosphere, versatile work tasks, encouraging supervisors and friendly co-workers. The opportunity to grow and affect my own job description makes the work meaningful and motivating.

Santeri, Team Lead
At Tribedo, I work as a Team Lead. In this role, I get to put the company’s values into practice through customer service and by managing the teams. Working with centralised services offers a great view on how cooperation, flexibility and courage are visibly reflected in the everyday lives of our customers and colleagues.
Our work is built on strong teamwork: support, sparring and competence sharing are always present, and our goal is to create an environment in which everyone can find motivation and a feeling of success by working together.
Flexibility is demonstrated in the ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and customer needs. In everyday work, this means having a practical and solution-focused approach and the ability to make justified decisions, quickly, whilst listening to and supporting people.
Courage, on the other hand, means a willingness to try new things, develop operations and go forward with changes. At Tribedo, people-driven management and continuous learning go hand in hand.
I have worked in the operational HR team at Tribedo since autumn 2025, where they welcomed me warmly from the very start. Work in the HR team is versatile and varied, which makes the day-to-day meaningful. I especially like being able to help others through my work, whilst continuously improving my competencies.
At Tribedo, I value the flexibility of the work and remote working opportunities, both of which help me balance my work and free time, contributing to wellbeing at work. In particular, I like Tribevire, which is Tribedo’s own programme for recreation and occupational wellbeing that supports the personnel’s wellbeing and coping at work. The work community feels open and encouraging, and people help each other in any situation. I have also made friends with my colleagues.
