Our diverse team consists of approximately 900 customer service, office, and IT specialists from the financial sector, and experts and specialists from financial management. Our employees value our active workplace and good atmosphere, meaningful and versatile tasks, and flexible work and development opportunities.

We have both experienced professionals and trainees at the beginning of their career working at Tribedo. We offer jobs for different life situations, including part-time positions, as well as the opportunity to develop into an expert in the financial sector. Our branch offices are located in Helsinki, Tampere, Kuopio, Joensuu and Oulu, although Tribedo employees work also in several other locations across Finland.

What we do

Our main mission hasn’t changed in the 23 years we have been in operation: we support OP Financial Group’s success by matching suitable jobs with skilled employees.

Our field of activity includes, multi-channel customer service, various investigation and support tasks, digitisation and financial services, digital communication, and many expert positions in the form of staffing services for OP Financial Group and OP cooperative banks.
