"My own working career for Tribedo has been exceptionally through OP. The first time I was bitten by the finance bug was during an internship at a bank office during my studies. I entered OP's house for the first time in 2014 as a Customer Advisor. I quickly understood that I had a really versatile job focused on customer service and sales. As the work went well, I progressed to become a Sales Coach. The job in question suited me very well, as I have worked as a hockey coach in my previous career. From the position of Sales Coach, my career progressed to Team Manager, from which, as the new organization took shape, the position changed to Operations Lead. After a few years, I noticed an open Team Lead position at Tribedo. The return to coaching people and the good size of the team made me apply for the job. Here we are now in 2023. I feel that I am really lucky, because in my career I have always had great people around me to teach, understand and enlighten me. It's great to be able to share things with new people.
