My duties include managing some of Tribedo’s commercial solution projects and internal development projects.
The best thing about my work is the wide range of topics I get to work with. I enjoy challenges and get to face them in my work on a weekly basis – I treat each day at work as an opportunity to learn something new. Although my work is very independent, I get to actively cooperate with my colleagues at Tribedo from different service areas.
I feel that Tribedo is a growth company with a motivated and innovative atmosphere, and skilled and professional colleagues.
This is my second stint at Tribedo after a few years of working abroad. It’s great to be back.
The best thing about my work is the variety of tasks. In my position, I get to challenge myself and constantly learn new things. My work also has value for society, which I find rewarding in itself. Excellent colleagues and interesting tasks are what I especially love about working at Tribedo. They’re also the reason I wanted to come back to the company.

I work as the Team Lead of a multi-skilled team of about twenty people. My duties include leading the team’s performance with a coaching approach, regularly keeping track of objectives and giving regular feedback.
I also take care of administrative duties, daily HR tasks, and matters related to wellbeing at work and recruitments. In practice, my days consist largely of meeting people in various settings.
The best thing about my work is the people – they alone make each day feel meaningful. I’ve very much enjoyed my time at Tribedo. I get to work in a positive atmosphere with amazing and motivated colleagues.
I started in Tribedo’s Daily Services team in the spring of 2023. I’ve had the opportunity to develop my expertise in a wide range of tasks, including projects and financing tasks.
The best thing about Tribedo is the opportunities for developing professionally and building my career. The community spirit is always positive, which has greatly motivated me to keep working here. The work is enjoyable, both at the office and remotely.
Finding the right work-life balance has never been an issue. Changes are handled flexibly, which has helped me plan my personal schedules. In my role, I work as the supervisor of Team Leads in my service area. My day consists of meetings with partners, supporting the daily work of Team Leads and advancing matters related to services, keeping track of reports, and ensuring business results.
The best thing about my work is the varied and broad duties, leading people and working and succeeding together. I greatly value the work of everyone in our service area and our open company culture.
The best thing about my career at Tribedo is the varied and diverse duties. My work is sufficiently hectic and changes often, which suits my personality very well. I’m able to work both in the office and remotely whenever necessary, which helps me keep a healthy work-life balance. At Tribedo, I’ve also had the opportunity to recruit hundreds of people, and it’s been wonderful to follow their careers and cross paths later in life. I work with corporate customers at Pohjola Insurance. I’m responsible for managing the overall insurance needs of customers and answering questions related to insurance.
My work is varied, and each day brings with it new situations and opportunities for learning. The insurance sector is exciting and offers a unique insight into the operations and needs of different types of businesses.
