Submit your application
You can submit your application easily in our recruitment system. Whether you are applying for a position or submitting an open application, our hiring managers go over all applications carefully. We thus ensure that each application is given the attention it deserves.
It is important to us at Tribedo that you can trust us to process your personal data carefully, transparently and with care for your privacy. When processing your personal data, we strictly adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data protection laws.
Evaluation of applications and invitation to an interview
Our hiring managers often review applications already during the application period. In most cases, the first contact is made by phone or through a pre-interview in video format. Based on an assessment made following the first contact, we invite the candidates most suitable to the position to the next stage of the recruitment process. We will keep you updated and communicate regularly on the recruitment process.
Second interview round
Our hiring process typically includes two interview rounds. In the first interview round, you’ll have the opportunity to tell us more about your skills, experience and expectations in a one-to-one or group interview with the hiring manager. You’ll also get to hear more about our team, tasks and organisation.
In the second interview round, you’ll meet your potential future supervisor. The purpose of the second interview round is to ensure that the role and work environment are suitable for both us and you.
In addition to interviews, the recruitment process includes pre-defined background checks and task-specific assessments are used as part of the selection process.
Final stage: hiring decision
We always announce the hiring decision to all applicants. We’ll keep you updated on all steps of the hiring process by email or phone. Applicants who participated in interviews will always be notified about the final hiring decision personally by phone.
