What we do?
Our field of activity covers a wide range of tasks, including multichannel customer service, the back office, anti-financial crime, investigation and support tasks, IT services and specialist tasks.
All our diverse services have been designed to match the needs of our customer – OP Financial Group and OP cooperative banks. We offer solutions that support smooth daily operations and strategic development.
Our services are divided into two business areas:
- Operations: Outsourced service processes in which Tribedo works as OP Financial Group’s partner. Our supervisory staff are in charge of planning, high-quality implementation and reporting in accordance with the service agreement and of employee orientation, leadership and supervision. Tribedo employs approximately 900 people, 700 of whom work in this business unit.
- HR Services: Recruitment support services, recruitment marketing and staffing that help support both day-to-day recruitment needs and our customer’s employer branding. Around 300 people work in HR Services.
Not only do we provide employment and employees – we also provide the employees and the employment with much needed care. We offer career opportunities to match different situations in life.
Customer Service
Tribedo provides a wide range of customer service support in various tasks for OP Financial Group. Multichannel customer service is provided in Operations.
We provide multichannel customer service by phone, online message and chat. Customer service is produced at all Tribedo locations.
As a rule, the services are provided under the title of Customer Advisor.

Staffing – Flexible
solutions for OP Financial Group’s needs
We support OP Financial Group by providing high-quality staffing services at short notice for short- and long-term staffing needs as part of the HR Services business unit. We specialise in staffing services for professionals in operational tasks and consulting and development positions, among others.
How our staffing service works:
Tribedo serves as the employer, and Tribedo’s supervisors serve as the administrative supervisors of temporary agency workers.
The work is performed under the direction of OP Financial Group’s supervisors as part of OP’s team, on OP’s premises and using tools provided by OP.

Services for the IT sector – Professionals from product development to data analytics
We also offer IT jobs as part of our Staffing Services. We support OP Financial Group meet various employee needs, from product development and project management to data analytics, by providing staffing services for IT professionals.
As part of Bravedo Group, we are a member of a group of bold and talented companies. With Bravedo, we offer first-rate IT expertise to help our partner OP Financial Group develop its business.
Investigation and
Support tasks
Our investigation and support tasks carry out a wide range of services. These are provided in Operations by multi-skilled teams across Tribedo’s locations.
In Investigation and Support tasks, the most common titles are Salaried Employee, Customer Advisor and Specialist.
These tasks include:
- Various projects
- Accounts payable and receivable and mailing services
- Document background, investigation and processing tasks
- Digitisation of paper documents
- Payment services.
Anti-financial Crime –
combating money laundering and terrorist financing
Tribedo works comprehensively to combat financial crime in Helsinki, Tampere, Kuopio, Joensuu and Oulu. The service is part of the Operations business unit.
The objective of anti-financial crime is to prevent terrorist financing and money laundering. This includes enhanced customer due diligence, sanctions monitoring, transactions monitoring and combating fraud. By providing these services, Tribedo participates in ensuring that OP’s business operations are safe and comply with regulations.
As a rule, the services are provided under the title of an AFC Officer.

Back office – diverse
tasks to make everyday life easier for customers
Back office services provide background and support tasks for cooperative banks. Tasks are used to streamline and facilitate OP’s customers’ transactions and daily life, and to free up time for customer encounters for people working at the customer interface.
The services are provided under the titles of a Salaried Employee and Specialist.
The back office tasks include:
- Document preparation
- Account changes (e.g. changes to the bank account interest rate)
- Debt collection and credit control support.
The back office belongs to the Operations business unit.

Recruitment support services – expert assistance for every stage of recruitment
At Tribedo, we provide OP Financial Group with comprehensive and professional support for the entire recruitment process – from creating a job requisition to selecting a candidate and establishing an employment relationship. The service includes drawing up and publishing a job advertisement, shortlisting applications, planning and performing interviews, and supporting selection decisions, among other things. We also use suitability assessments and skills tests to support objective decision-making. Recruitment marketing, content production and the development of employer branding are also part of the service.
We work in close cooperation with OP and always tailor processes to the customer’s needs.
Our service is available to all OP business units across Finland, and it is provided as part of HR Services.
